Everything was excellent, even so a few employees were poor. The location was unbeatable and favourable, close enough to the airport at alicante and Alicante and the sea.

Thoroughly enjoyed my perfect 10/10 stay in an Ibis hotel. Its staff was pleasant and welcoming.

The bathroom was not very clean, I didn't like it.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was very good. Extremely comfy bed, well designed bathroom and central heating and a work desk in the room. My breakfast included pastries and croissants. I loved my stay here.

Attentive service, exceptional food and unique location so close to airport and Alicante and beach. Large beds, well cleaned rooms, great balcony.

Facilities were ultra modern, nevertheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

It was a lovely historic hotel - I liked customer-oriented staff and optimal location. Near the beach that was lovely. The room was a single with big bed. Everything was first-class as expected, however the bathroom was very basic.

actually everything was so perfect, my next choice again in alicante. ideal location, wonderful team, they made me feel welcome. the breakfast was satisfactory and really well. the building itself was beautiful with a small garden.

Staff was informative, rooms are warm, and I loved handy location. They made my stay fine. Plenty of options, tasty food. The service was all in all perfect. Besides, free WiFi was working well, you can use it throughout the property. About 10 minutes walk to bus stop.
